“Super Mario Bros.” Movie Trailer Set Launch

Nintendo, Illumination Entertainment and Universal Pictures have announced when we will finally get our first glimpse of the new animated movie “Super Mario Bros.” movie.

The studio has revealed that the film’s first teaser trailer will come online on October 6 at 4 p.m. US-ET after a presentation at New York Comic Con.

A press release about the announcement also indicates that the project has undergone a minor name change and is now “The Super Mario Bros.” will be called.

The clip is expected to show off the work of the voice cast including Chris Pratt as Mario, Charlie Day as Luigi, Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, Jack Black as Bowser, Keegan-Michael Key as Toad, Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong, Kevin Michael Richardson as Kamek, Fred Armisen as Cranky Kong and Sebastian Maniscalco as Spike.

Mario’s traditional voice actor, Charles Martinet, will also be involved in the film, which hits theaters on April 7, 2023.
