Leos are ruled by the sun, which sometimes gives them a more egocentric point of view. They trust their instincts and want others to see them on a deeper level. “People trust them because they’re confident,” shares Emily Newman, astrologer and founder of Best of Psychic Reader. This gives them the impression that they know everything, even though they may not have all the facts, Newman explains. These fire signs do not show that they could be missing information, and they will do everything they can to maintain their reputation.

Aries are not only fire signs, they are also the first sign of the zodiac and like to be the center of attention. They argue with you, try to get the last word and generally have know-it-all tendencies on any subject. This confrontational nature may deter some people, but Newman believes it is more likely that others will seek their advice. “They keep all the information at hand and [their] thoughts can easily influence others,” she tells Best Life.

Gemini have a lot of ideas and like to talk. These social signs love to flit from group to group and they will take any opportunity to show off their knowledge. Ryan Marquardt, astrologer and founder of Ryan’s Astrology, reveals that these signs like to think they know everything, “but the truth is Gemini knows a little bit about a lot.” He shares that they will change topics of conversation regularly to maintain the impression that they know more, when in reality they have no additional material. It’s no surprise that this air sign can fake it until they make it.

Virgos tend to be one of the calmer signs, which adds to their observant and analytical nature. These people also like to be right and assume they know everything. “They are happy to offer their knowledge and tackle the great crisis, making them feel superior,” says Newman. This earth sign is naturally good at giving advice, whether solicited or not, and you can bet that they will show their cleverness at any time.

Aquarians are well-read and intelligent people who thrive in many different social experiences. They are a regular sign, meaning they fall in the middle of the season, and they are known to be very stable in their decisions and actions.
